It was easy to put together. We bought it for our son’s 12th birthday (he’s small at only 70lbs). He loves it. Rides it all over the neighborhood. Keeps a long charge too.
My son loved his xmas present from his great grandmother. But after 10 days it wouldn’t work. so we called Razor and they sent out a new battery. Still didnt work so back to the store it went as the nearest service centre was a 2.5 hrs drive away! They didnt have the blue and as his twin sister had the purple we had to try to find one. stores inventory said they had one… but they didnt. time and time again. So i ordered it online when they said it was available for pick up save day. No it wasnt. So after about 5 days one arrived at our nominated store and its charged and still working. Bit of a saga. But no issue with the purple one. They take off fast when you turn the handle, but 10 yr olds have managed to work it out. Kids love them. Great grandmother is happy they love them. Glad to have bought at walmart for their return policy.
I enjoy the Power Core E100 as it has a direct drive instead of a chain. It also states you can get up to 60 minutes of use off a full charge. My daughter has used the scooter for a combined legnth of about 2 hours and still has enough charge to take off and run. The longest she ran continuously was 30 minutes and it never dropped the charge. In the 2nd or 3rd time she used the scooter she wiped out. I thought the scooter was history but all it sustained was a little scratch on the side of the part she stands on when riding. Way betrer value than I was expecting. Haven’t had a problem yet and had it since Christmas 2016.
We were a little surprised at how quickly the toy went but the kids really love them!
I got my kids 2 of these for Christmas. The battery in one of them stopped charging after a couple of days. I think it’s because I decided to ride it and at 175 Lbs. I might have affected it.
Wish I could trade it in for a working one. Not even one ride. Sad sad sad. She is great kid that deserved a present that worked.
