- Excellent! Works like a professional steam cleaner. Our first test was to remove dark brown pet stains and this machine worked like a charm. Took the pet smells out too. Lightweight & easy to handle. Compact. Highly recommend.
- I have used Bissell Carpet Cleaners for over 16 years and wouldn’t use any other store bought Carpet Cleaner Brand. The new Pro Heat 2X Revolution is not as I expected but still does a very nice job. It is much lighter than their previous machines of same size and the dual brushes are a plus. The dirt pick up is as I would think the same as the last one I had. Plus Pro Heat? What heat? I still have the green canister that I bought out east in 1986. It still is functional. I have given my last Bissell Carpet Cleaner to my Niece for her home. I bought this one because of the dual brushes and less bulky.
- This shampooer replaced a ProHeat machine I bought a few years ago that stopped working. This new one seems easier to use and is more thorough in the cleaning of the machine, which I like. I’ve only used it once, and for a small project, but so far I love it!
- I couldn’t believe how much dog hair we had in our carpet until I used the ProHeat 2x Revolution Pet Upright Carpet Cleaner. The brushes do a wonderful job. It also draws up almost all of the water used to clean the carpet. So the carpets dry quickly. I had a Hoover that was heavy and fell apart quickly. The Bissell machine is light and built well. I made a great purchase.
- I recently purchased this machine due to my senior cat having accidents outside his litter box. It is simple to set up, easy use & I only thought my carpets were clean with the old loaner shampooer machine I used. It’s amazing & no more kitty litter accident smells on the carpet!
- I had a different well known cleaner. It was bulky and heavy and quit putting out water. We also have a new puppy. Mistakes not caught. I thought we would have to replace carpet , I didn’t think anything would clean it. I used my new Bissell the day after I bought it. I just stood and said “no way”. I have no evidence of having a puppy. He is learning to go outside but things happen, and I’ll be ready. This machine makes me want to clean every room in the house.
- I’ve had to replace this machine twice in the time span of a year. That’s 3 devices overall that have malfunctioned! With as much as I paid for this, I would expect one unit to last at least a year or two. I used this per the instructions to the tee, went through the troubleshooting documents and videos, and tried troubleshooting with Bissell on the phone. I have had any issues with any of my other Bissell products (my vacuums, steam mop, etc), but this Catpet Cleaner is hands down the most unreliable and most defective product I’ve ever purchased. Each unit only worked once or twice before breaking down. I want a refund. It’s bad enough I’ve had to go through the exchange process multiple times and have carpets that now stink of mildew because this defective product dumped water into it without sucking it back out. After spending hundreds of dollars on Bissell products, I am going to boycott them if I get stuck without even a refund. And I’ll be sure to let everyone I know on whatever site I can (BBB, Amazon, etc). My carpets smell like mildew!!! This will probally cost me several hundred dollars to replace the carpets, and I refuse to be out my hard earned money for the so called carpet cleaner on top of it all. I don’t want other people losing their hard earned money too, so I am leaving this review here to hopefully save someone the headache I’ve gone through.
