• It did what is was supposed to do! My husband actually recommends not using a cleaning liquid or using very little. He said hot water alone seemed to clean the spots on our carpet better.

• If you have carpet and a pet who may have accidents in the house, this little machine is going to be indispensable. It’s very easy to assemble and then tuck away until you need it. The clean-water tank is easy to fill and gives measurements for cleaning a few spots or a large area. The tanks are easy to rinse out. There is a special attachment to assist in cleaning the hose after using the machine. And in addition to all those positives is the fact that the machine lifts stains and odors completely. • Did not remove the water, left furniture soaked, not as good as my old $80 hoover carpet cleaner. Very dissapointed maybe I received a lemon. Not powerfull at all. Returning to store.
