• Right out of the box, the handle was in no way gonna fit. It’s too large to snap the top of the handle into the bottom part of the handle. You cannot use it at all unless it snaps in, otherwise half of it hangs down making it completely unusable! It’s that far off on their factory measurements! The box was also missing one of the “included” cleaners. All quality control issues. I figured no problem, I’ll call the co. like they instruct you to do. Even on the box it says don’t return it to the store, call them first. The co. rep, after putting us through a bunch of instructions on what to do says: “Now I believe you that it doesn’t fit”! Then he says, “return it to the store”! No offer to replace just the handle part, or to mail out a new one, nothing! Gee thanks! I will NOT be buying from this company again after this experience!
