- We have been using Panasonic microwaves for around 12 years i think been grate the carousel motor lasts avg of about three and half years inside the unit but even then the microwave can still be used for the price we got our moneys worth we use the microwave a lot
- This is our second Panasonic in this model.It has a few improvements over the old one.Lighter and has an inside LED light now.The last one lasted 12 years,hopefully this will last as long.
- First one broke after two years. Was pleased with it until that happened. Gave a chance on the second one. We’ll see what happens. Thank goodness I had a warranty.

- We’ve been using it for a little over a week with no issues. It’s slightly larger than we expected, but that’s not a problem. Just be sure to check your measurements carefully. It looks beautiful, and blends nicely with our other stainless appliances. The kids are using it with no problems. It’s a snap to clean. Ultimately we are very happy.
- I bought this for the office. So far it is working great, is obviously stronger than most microwaves and seems to cook more evenly.
- I love the spacious cook space, and the fact that this microwave does not turn food into rubber. Leftovers are given new life, and beverages are heated with very little time needed to have them piping hot. I love this microwave. It’s superb for the money!! Quality is available for less with this product. I am very happy with this purchase.
- After 5 months the microwave just stopped working no light, display nothing ….Panasonic will not honor warranty. Just giving us the run a round….. Stay clear of this
