• This works great so far. The sucked up water comes out extremely dirty, which is extremely pleasant to see. My carpet really needed this due to my dog who refuses to go outside for a long time during winter. Also, there times I have long days at work and my dog just needs to go. He’s getting to that age. • I’m overall pretty pleased with this little cleaner. Easy to use, however it’s not necessarily a “one and done” deal, seems like some tougher stains may need a second cleaning. Still, it’s pretty impressive seeing the soiled cleaner in the dirty water compartment and knowing you pulled a fair amount of dirt out of the upholstery. In my picture I just tried this out on the arm of an old stained couch we have. I only did the top, not the sides. It could use a second scrub but it’s pretty good for a once-over and my first time testing out the machine.
• I returned it after one use. The suction is terrible. I got the same results as to when I scrub the couch with the bottle with brush on top. Not worth it at all.
