• Did a good job on my light colored carpet that needs replaced that takes abuse from my mechanic husband, two kids and pets. We had a brown trail. Much better.
• I purchased this cleaner through the Bissell website about a year and a half ago. I loved the way it cleans. BUT, yes there’s a but, it started leaking water about 8 months ago. Because I use it daily, i have dogs who have accidents, I would leave water in the tank for the next use. At first I only had some leakage so I always parked it on a tile floors with a towel under it. Then it leaked out a full tank almost overnight. I started to remove both tanks when not in use. Today, after removing the tanks and parked, it leaked all over the floor. Must have been water that was left in the lines or somewhere. I also find it is hard to clean. The wand cleaner doesn’t get all the hair. Because this a great little cleaner as far as suction goes, I’m disappointed in this water leakage, especially because I don’t know what’s causing it. Not sure I would purchase this same model again fearing it would do the same.
• I love my ProHeat 2X® Revolution! It works great and so easy to use! My only thing I don’t care for is you have to refil clean water constantly but compared to the rug doctor it’s so much easier to use
• I take in foster dogs, for OSCAR in Sparta, nj – because most of my fosters are old, or handicapped I need rugs so they can have traction. I never put the Bissell revolution away – it lives in the livingroom where they dogs spend most of their time. The water tank takes 1 gallon of mixture which I make in advance – a dozen for a dozen days!! Even the Bissell pet carpet soap smells fantastic! Because it is so light weight I have no problem moving from room to room – I do have a long extension cord so I only stop to dump dirty water.
• Already an owner of a spot carpet cleaner and was looking for bigger machine to clean up after new pets accidents. This model is easy to set up, easy to clean-up, and easy to handle. The areas I needed to clean needed pre-treatment prior to cleaning for best results. I was shocked how dirty the water was when I cleaned out the tanks after my first use! My carpets look better than they have in quite a while. Perhaps they will look new again after a second cleaning!

• I had the same issue with belts breaking and damage to one of the roller cogs that other users of this machine seemed to be having based on user reviews. While Bissell did helpfully send me the replacement parts since the machine was still under warranty (it had only been used a couple of times) , however when reassembling the machine I can see where the belt rubs on a piece of one the plastic end caps the hold the rollers in place and this is why it breaks. I have attached a photo. I would like Bissell to tell me what can be done to fix this issue. I really need to get this shampooer running again but I don’t want it to keep re-breaking.
